Our friendly Cannoli Curator roams your event for up to 3 hours, crafting and serving 300 mini cannolis fresh, right in front of your guests. Each tasty masterpiece starts with our signature chocolate chip ricotta filling, then finished with your choice of three toppings:
Mini Chocolate Chips
Rainbow Sprinkles
Crushed Oreos
Coconut Flakes
Guests can watch as their cannoli is filled, topped, and finished with flair — creating a dessert that’s as fun to watch as it is to eat. The roaming format keeps the energy moving, engaging guests across the entire venue and adding a touch of theater to every table.

Setup, cleanup, and travel within the Willamette Valley area
Events located more than 20 miles from our Salem location will incur a travel charge of $2.00 per mile beyond the 20 miles service area.
All orders will require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking. Final payment must be made 24 hours prior to the event.
